Sperry, Mitchell & Company was founded in 1986 by Paul Sperry and Beatrice Mitchell, and is today one of the oldest and most active independent M&A advisory firms in the United States. Our only business is representing owners of private companies seeking a sale or merger. We have purposely chosen to represent sellers exclusively to avoid conflicts of interest and to allow complete independence in representing our clients. We never represent or advise buyers.
