Tom Pogacnik is a Senior Vice President at Sperry, Mitchell & Company. Mr. Pogacnik is primarily focused on originating and evaluating deal flow, as well as marketing and executing deals. Prior to joining Sperry, Mitchell & Company, Mr. Pogacnik was a Vice President at Johnsen, Fretty & Company, a leading boutique investment banking firm servicing the media and communications industry. While at Johnsen, Fretty & Company, Mr. Pogacnik specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuations. During his six years at Johnsen, Fretty & Company, Mr. Pogacnik successfully completed 35 deals. Previous experiences include working at Georgeson Shareholder Communications, a global proxy solicitation firm, and LBS Bank, a commercial bank with operations in Europe and the United States.
