Tom Pogacnik is a Director at Sperry, Mitchell & Company. Mr. Pogacnik is primarily focused on originating and evaluating potential clients, as well as marketing and executing deals. Prior to joining Sperry, Mitchell & Company, Mr. Pogacnik was a Vice President at Johnsen, Fretty & Company, a leading boutique investment banking firm servicing the media and communications industry. While at Johnsen Fretty, Mr. Pogacnik specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuations and successfully completed 35 deals. Previous experiences include working at Georgeson Shareholder Communications, a global proxy solicitation firm, and LBS Bank, a commercial bank with operations in Europe and the United States.
