New York, NY (October 12, 2011) – Center for Tribology, Inc. ("CETR" or the "Company") of Campbell, CA has been acquired by Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ:BRKR) of Billerica, MA. Sperry, Mitchell & Company, Inc. initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as exclusive financial advisor to CETR.
