Ms. Mitchell is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sperry, Mitchell & Company. Previously, she was a Vice-President at an investment banking firm, and an Account Executive at an advertising agency. Ms. Mitchell has been a regular lecturer at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business; she has also lectured at the Stern School of Business at New York University and the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. She serves on the Board of Percival Scientific, in addition to an orchestra and two social service organizations. Ms. Mitchell is co-author of the text The Complete Guide to Selling Your Business, which is in its third edition and was recently published in Chinese.
