ADAPCO was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of KODA Enterprises Group (“KODA”), a multi-industry investment company based in Waltham, MA. Sperry, Mitchell & Company, Inc. initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations and served as exclusive financial advisor to ADAPCO, Inc.

ADAPCO, Inc.
