New York, NY (January 3, 2008) – Accutech Films, Inc. of Coldwater, OH has been acquired by Clondalkin Group, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA. Sperry, Mitchell & Company, Inc. initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and served as financial advisor to Accutech Films, Inc.
